In School Issues; lunch prices

Everyone hates that feeling you get when you hear your favorite lunch is being served but your account is cleared or you don’t think you have enough money left. While conducting some student interviews, it became clear that many people felt this way.              Students feel as though the lunch prices are too high and, although we love the lunches, it’s a struggle. What seems to be the problem is that if you need to buy a whole meal, a combo and water, your cost for one day will be five dollars. If you want to eat everyone’s favorite, the fries, it’ll cost you two dollars just for the small side. This seems like too much for just one day, making the prices a bit controversial among students.
The price of parking passes is another problem about which students are concerned. Many people, if not everyone, thinks that the price of $75 for a parking pass is much too high. $75 is especially high since students are unable to reuse the previous year’s pass and must buy a new one each year if they plan on using the parking lot. It is arguable that the seniors should be able to have a discount because they finish school earlier, and therefore will not be using the parking lot for as long as the other classes.
While being interviewed, Patrick Barry also wanted to add that the air conditioning was on. And it’s been pretty cold lately.
